Bill McRae is the Director and Founder of the Academy, and President/Treasurer of the Corporation. He sets the vision, hires the staff and teachers, and guides every aspect of the business.
Bill has a grateful appreciation of the many talented, hard-working people who have built On Stage Music Academy into the great community music center it is today. From the city planners, architects, builders, advisors, and supporters, to the teachers, staff, and vendors, everyone has had a strong hand alongside Bill’s consistent commitment.
The school has grown organically, with the capacity for new phases of growth provided for with new equipment, staff, and expertise. His wife and co-owner, Tam McRae, has contributed her heart and support all along the way.
